Our policies are pretty basic and to the point.
Privacy
Your information is kept private. We do not give or sell your information from correspondence or transactions, and we will not send you solicitations.
Refunds
Refunds are available if the purchase was made within 30 days, you have a receipt, and the item is in resellable condition. Please do not obviously destroy your purchase, then come demanding a refund. The answer will be no.
However, we are kind humans. If your order was damaged in shipping, please reach out to us with some photos, and we’ll get a replacement going.
Haggling
All prices are marked. Our goods are all handcrafted, and our prices are reasonable. We do not negotiate prices, and it’s frankly insulting to our work when folks try and haggle over a $5 pair of earrings. This is a family-run business, and we’re trying to pay the bills.
